Reach More Parents & ParentPay

Our school communication system is called Reach More Parents (provided by Weduc). Every family joining Monks Orchard Primary will need to download this app to be able to access the important information the school makes available. This is where parents receive school messages, letters and give consent to activities. Please contact the school office if you are having issues logging in or require an invite code.
The benefits of this system:
- You can report your child's absence at the click of a button.
- Attach photos of medical appointments.
- Receive messages from school.
- No more lost letters as they will be sent home via the app.
- Every parent has their own private logon.
ParentPay
All payments at our school are made through ParentPay, an online payment system for schools. It allows parents to pay quickly and securely for school meals (if applicable), Breakfast and After School Club and trips and activities.
You can simply top-up your ParentPay account online by debit or credit card. Your ParentPay balance can be used immediately to pay for any of your children’s items at school.
